I let my intrusive thoughts WIN

I was reviewing a couple of "calming products" and I found a very interesting products... (ayurvedic) Which, after gaining detailed information - was apparently a poisonous root & could only be taken after purification! I did order it, that calming root... knowing it is poisonous! Stayed in my cupboard, not even 2 hours and my brain kept telling me consume it! Which I actually listened to, yeah.. my intrusive thought to check if, whether it was poisonous or calming - sent me straight to ICU Dangerously silly or me to let my intrusive thoughts take over!
